Role Overview
This position is focused on delivering an outstanding guest journey in a highly empowered environment. The role represents the brand throughout the stay, from arrival to departure, with the goal of creating a smooth, memorable experience and turning guests into loyal fans of the property and its facilities.
Key Duties
- Handle front office operations in line with established service standards and procedures.
- Consistently look for ways to exceed guest expectations and add extra value to the experience.
- Anticipate potential complaints and support effective service recovery when issues arise.
- Communicate proactively with colleagues, keeping the guest’s best interest at the center of every action.
Candidate Profile
- A warm, service-oriented personality with strong emotional intelligence is essential.
- At least 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity, or comparable experience in a 5-star hospitality environment, is needed.
- A high school diploma is the minimum educational requirement; a college degree in Hotel Management or a related discipline is preferred.
- Applicants should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hospitality company.
