Role Overview

The Events Coordinator will support the planning and delivery of both virtual and in-person events that advance business priorities and customer engagement. This role is responsible for keeping event operations organized by managing logistics, coordinating vendors, and maintaining communication across multiple internal teams, helping ensure a polished and consistent event experience.

Key Responsibilities

The position includes coordination of conferences, trade shows, customer-facing events, webinars, internal meetings, and partner events. The coordinator will support the delivery of more than 30 events each year and will work closely with vendors for venues, catering, audio/visual needs, transportation, shipping, swag, and related services.

Additional duties include managing registration workflows, attendee communication, lead capture tools, and onsite check-in. The role also covers shipping and tracking event materials and equipment, maintaining timelines, budgets, project trackers, and task lists, and partnering with Marketing, Sales, Product, Partner, and Operations teams to keep event objectives aligned.

The coordinator will oversee a company-wide event calendar for visibility and coordination, support both onsite and virtual events to resolve issues and keep execution on track, manage inventories of event materials, giveaways, branded collateral, and technology, handle merchandise store stock and fulfillment, and look for ways to improve event processes and attendee experiences.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has 2 to 4 years of experience supporting conferences, trade shows, webinars, or similar events. Strong planning skills are needed to manage several projects, deadlines, and budgets at once, along with clear communication for working with both internal stakeholders and outside vendors.

Applicants should be comfortable working under pressure, adjust quickly when priorities change, and take a practical, solution-focused approach. Experience coordinating vendors, schedules, shipping, logistics, and event materials is expected, along with familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and event or project management software.

Experience supporting virtual or hybrid events through tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Cvent is important. The role also calls for strong attention to detail, the ability to see the bigger picture, a collaborative and positive attitude, flexibility to help where needed, and willingness to travel about 15% of the time.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is $50,000 to $67,000. Pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and location.
