- Act as the main contact for clients and stakeholders, keeping communication clear and proactive throughout the project.
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, logistics, planning tasks, and stakeholder engagement while keeping the project aligned with compliance requirements.
- Prepare and support speakers, faculty, field teams, agencies, and event staff in using platforms, workflows, and engagement features.
- Manage onsite and virtual event delivery so that technology, interactions, and operational processes run smoothly.
- Track progress, spot risks early, handle escalations, and drive practical solutions when issues arise.
- Review event outcomes after completion, build reports and dashboards, and suggest improvements for future engagement and performance.
- Support growth initiatives, knowledge transfer, process enhancement, and the adoption of new engagement approaches.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience in event management, meeting planning, congress coordination, medical education, or a related life sciences project role.
- Background handling pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences events including congresses, advisory boards, webinars, and educational programs.
- Strong stakeholder management experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare settings, with regular collaboration across external and internal groups.
- Understanding of approval workflows, compliance requirements, and coordination across commercial, medical, and legal stakeholders.
- Solid project management ability, including handling several priorities at once with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in international work environments.
- Comfort using event platforms, applications, and digital engagement tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot quickly, work under pressure, and maintain high-quality delivery in a fast-paced setting.
- Service-minded approach with a focus on customer success and participant experience.
- Strong organization, problem-solving ability, and confidence in influencing stakeholders and managing escalations.
- Availability for frequent travel, including international trips, weekend work, and out-of-hours event support when needed.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
Benefits and compensation
- Work in a space that combines life sciences, technology, and healthcare engagement.
- Exposure to a varied portfolio of international congresses, webinars, advisory boards, and educational events.
- High ownership across the complete project lifecycle.
- Supportive, collaborative environment with ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Practical experience with modern event technology, engagement platforms, and analytics tools.
- International collaboration with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare professionals, agencies, and industry experts.
- Potential career progression into senior project, program leadership, or client-facing positions.
- A flexible, dynamic working environment with meaningful travel opportunities.
- Competitive compensation based on experience, location, and travel obligations.
