Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Event Project Manager to be based onsite in Dubai. The role involves comprehensive responsibility for planning and executing events, budget oversight, client and vendor liaison, and overall event logistics management. The role demands development of event concepts, strict budget adherence, and maintaining smooth communication and support throughout all phases of event planning and delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design event formats
• Set project budgets and monitor financial targets
• Oversee production, logistical arrangements, and onsite event operations
• Manage project timelines, identify risks, and prepare for crisis scenarios
• Conduct post-event evaluation and reporting

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven expertise in event planning and management
• Skilled in budgeting and financial oversight
• Strong communication capabilities
• Effective organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Competence to perform under pressure and meet critical deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Minimum five years' relevant experience within an event management agency setting
• Fluent English speaker; additional language proficiency is advantageous
