Role Overview

We are seeking an Environmental Health Technician who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting community health by guiding compliance with environmental laws and standards.
Key Responsibilities
In this frontline position, you will provide hands-on advice to clients regarding environmental compliance, manage and process environmental health applications including LIM reports, and maintain communication to keep customers updated throughout the process. Most client engagements occur via telephone and email, complemented by face-to-face assistance at our service counter.
Preferred Background and Skills
Ideal candidates bring experience in compliance and regulatory services, particularly in alcohol licensing or food safety, and are eager to enhance their expertise and build a meaningful career in this sector. Strong communication abilities, a cooperative mindset, and dedication to excellent customer service are essential qualities for success.
