Overview

Join Lumicity in West Hollywood, CA, as a full-time Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Specialist starting early August. This role focuses on delivering successful recruitment outcomes for large-scale hiring projects without involving business development duties. Your effectiveness will be evaluated based on your ability to find, engage, and deliver top-tier candidates efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $42,500 plus monthly commission, with an on-target earnings range between $65,000 and $75,000 in the first year

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and interview candidates from specified talent pools to fulfill project requirements
• Create and sustain candidate pipelines to support high-demand and time-critical recruitment efforts
• Perform candidate skill and motivation assessments to determine suitability for roles
• Organize interview arrangements, feedback communications, and candidate correspondence
• Help facilitate offer stages and onboarding processes to ensure successful placement
• Maintain detailed recruitment records and track delivery performance against objectives
• Work collaboratively with internal team members to maintain consistent recruitment quality and meet timelines
• Participate in team-oriented initiatives focusing on enhancing performance and recruitment processes
