About the Role

Join Lumicity as a Talent Acquisition Consultant based in West Hollywood, CA. This is a full-time onsite role focused on delivering recruitment projects at scale without business development duties. Your performance will be assessed by your effectiveness in sourcing, engaging, and placing high-quality candidates efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $42,500 plus monthly commissions with an on-target earnings potential between $65,000 and $75,000 in the first year

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates within assigned talent pools to fulfill project hiring requirements
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines that support large-scale, time-sensitive recruitment goals
• Conduct candidate assessments to measure skills, motivations, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interview scheduling, manage feedback processes, and ensure clear communication with candidates
• Assist with offer presentations and onboarding processes to guarantee smooth candidate placements
• Keep accurate records and monitor performance metrics relative to project objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to uphold consistent delivery quality and meet deadlines
• Contribute to team goals through performance improvements and shared initiatives
