Care Advantage, Inc., a prominent in-home care provider with over 35 years of experience in the Mid-Atlantic region, is seeking compassionate entry-level Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and Caregivers. Job Responsibilities and Opportunities
- Deliver respectful and committed in-home care services aligned with client needs in Buckingham, VA and nearby areas.
- Flexible scheduling options including full-time and part-time shifts, with days, nights, and weekends available.
- Engage in paid in-service training and receive free training to obtain Personal Care Aide Certification.
- Benefit from potential overtime, quarterly and annual performance bonuses, along with a $500 referral bonus for friends.

Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Possess reliable transportation for work assignments.
- Provide two satisfactory professional references.
