Position Overview
Begin your global teaching adventure with English 1 by joining as an entry-level English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher. This role invites recent graduates, career changers, or certified ESL instructors to teach children aged 3 to 16 in China, with no prior teaching experience necessary. Full training, curriculum resources, visa sponsorship, and support are provided to help you thrive in this exciting international opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, dynamic English lessons for young learners between ages 3 and 16 using English 1's award-winning curriculum and digital teaching aids.
- Create an immersive classroom environment that encourages student participation and language confidence.
- Offer constructive feedback to assist students in improving their English communication skills.
- Participate actively in school cultural programs, events, and extracurricular activities to foster student involvement and cultural exchange.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any field.
- Valid passport holder with eligibility for overseas work.
- Genuine enthusiasm for education, cultural exchange, and international travel.
- ESL teaching certification such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA is advantageous; sponsorship for certification is available.
- Ability to pass a clean background check.
Compensation and Benefits
