Entry-Level English Teacher (ESL)

Overview

English 1 is looking for motivated, internationally minded people to begin a full-time English teaching role in China. This position is designed for candidates who want to build a career abroad, gain practical classroom experience, and contribute meaningfully to young learners’ education. Prior teaching experience is not required, and the company provides training, teaching resources, and visa support.

Role Summary

You will teach English to children and teenagers, create engaging lessons, support student progress, and participate in school-based activities that encourage learning and cultural exchange. The role is suitable for recent graduates, career changers, and candidates with ESL/TEFL-related training who are ready for an overseas opportunity.

Key Duties

• Lead English lessons for learners aged 3 to 16 in an interactive, energetic, and immersive classroom environment.
• Use the company’s curriculum and digital teaching tools to deliver structured lessons.
• Offer helpful feedback that supports students in improving their confidence and language ability.
• Join school events, student activities, and cultural engagement programs.

Training and Support

Accommodation and Sponsorship Terms
