Overview
This is a full-time, beginner-friendly teaching opportunity for people who want to build an international career, gain classroom experience, and work overseas. The role is open to recent graduates, career changers, and ESL/TEFL-qualified teachers looking for a move abroad. No prior teaching experience is required, as the employer provides training, learning materials, and visa support.
The position involves teaching English in China as part of a global education environment. It is designed for candidates who are open to cultural exchange, student engagement, and professional growth.
Role overview
- Work with children and young learners between the ages of 3 and 16 in an engaging classroom setting.
- Use the organisation’s curriculum and digital teaching tools to deliver lively English lessons.
- Support students with helpful feedback so they can improve confidence and language ability.
- Join school-based events, cultural programmes, and activities that encourage student participation.

Eligibility and candidate profile
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline and have a valid passport. A sincere interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange is important. ESL certifications such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA are helpful, though sponsorship may be available. A clean background check is also required.
Additional information
The first two weeks of hotel accommodation are treated as sponsored support if the first-year contract is completed successfully. Visa-related expenses for the sponsored legal Z work visa will be reimbursed.
