Role Overview

We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (w/m/d) with a strong can-do attitude to work closely with executive management. This role involves independently validating innovative business cases and driving strategic key projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement new business models and growth initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new segments.
• Collaborate extensively with technology, marketing, and product teams.
• Leverage data and digital tools for informed decision-making and process optimization.
• Manage projects from ideation through to market launch.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Previous experience founding a company or playing a central role in developing a digital business.
• Strong passion for technology, digital workflows, and automation.
• Background in eCommerce, business development, or product management is advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high self-motivation and result-oriented approach.
• Analytical skills combined with the ability to execute effectively.
