Role Overview

The Entrepreneur in Residence will spearhead launching innovative, high-impact products within Revolut's expanding global financial ecosystem. This role requires someone who thrives on building new initiatives from the ground up, moving at a rapid pace to identify, develop, and scale transformative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate new product ventures or revive underperforming projects with a strategic vision.
• Manage end-to-end product profit and loss, including strategy, revenue models, growth, and optimization.
• Guide the entire product lifecycle from concept through development to market launch and ongoing maintenance.
• Lead and hold team members accountable via rigorous hiring, clear goals, development roadmaps, and regular feedback sessions.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and FinCrime teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in STEM or a highly quantitative discipline from a top-tier university.
• At least 4 years in high-growth, fast-paced environments such as tech startups, elite strategy consulting, or investment banking.
• Minimum 2 years as a founder or co-founder of a startup.
• Direct hands-on experience launching tech or digital products across core roles like product management, engineering, strategy, or operations.
• Proven experience hiring and managing teams comprising 10 or more people.
• Strong analytical faculties and structured problem-solving skills.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience securing startup funding from recognized PE/VC firms or participation in Y Combinator.
• Master's degree from a prestigious university.
• Practical coding skills in SQL, Python, or R.
• Interest or experience in the financial services sector.
