Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Use real-world business operations experience to review and test workflows, systems, and internal processes.
• Evaluate project management platforms, CRM systems, and productivity software using actual business data.
• Spot chances to automate tasks and streamline workflows, then provide detailed, useful feedback.
• Study business data to understand how well tools perform and how usable they are.
• Work with teams by recording observations and sharing practical recommendations.

• Help build AI training datasets by contributing operational knowledge and expertise.

Requirements

• Background in actively running a business with direct involvement in day-to-day business systems.
• Strong knowledge of business operations, project management, and workflow improvement.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, SaaS tools, and process automation solutions.
• Ability to analyze data and turn it into actionable business insights.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and completeness.
