Job Overview
The role of International Enterprise Specialist involves boosting international business sales by acquiring and managing enterprise clients with specialized logistics needs. The position demands a strategic approach to grow market presence and customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target enterprise clients who require international logistics services.
- Convert qualified leads into new customers across businesses of varying sizes.
- Assess competitors to strategize and increase the company’s market share.
- Deliver clear presentations demonstrating how product solutions fulfill complex international client requirements.
- Lead onboarding and ongoing nurturing of newly acquired clients to support sustained success.
- Focus on account retention and expansion to stimulate growth and prevent customer attrition.
- Manage revenue goals by monitoring key account metrics and addressing issues proactively.
- Oversee the full account lifecycle through direct sales visits and personal client interactions.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in legal, finance, and procurement sectors.
- Serve as a liaison to communicate customer feedback to internal teams including Product, Operations, and Sales.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to promptly resolve customer issues and inquiries.
- Prepare and deliver detailed weekly and monthly sales performance and forecast reports.
- Organize and conduct business review meetings to maintain engagement and improve customer satisfaction scores.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 8 years of experience in international business operations within the courier or B2B logistics industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities suited for engaging all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking to anticipate business needs and manage profit and loss effectively.
- Self-driven, able to handle pressure and meet rigorous deadlines.
- Proven conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
- Technologically adept with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for tracking and reporting accounts.
