Role overview
Canva is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to help expand and strengthen relationships with enterprise customers. The role centers on guiding strategic accounts after the sale, driving adoption, uncovering growth opportunities, and shaping a strong enterprise sales-and-success motion.
Work location and setup
This position is based in Austin, Texas and follows a hybrid schedule. You should be able to travel to the office 1 to 2 days per week.
About the team
The team supports Canva's enterprise and global-brand customers by showing the value of the platform in practical, creative, and measurable ways. The group works to help customers get more from Canva through education, enablement, and proactive partnership. Because the business is growing quickly, the environment includes change, ambiguity, and frequent learning opportunities.
What you'll do
- Own post-sale relationships for strategic enterprise accounts, including onboarding, training, adoption, and advocacy.
- Build strong customer relationships, understand business goals, and spot expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Partner with account teams to support renewals and growth through forecasting and coordinated account planning.
- Help develop effective operating practices, playbooks, and scalable processes for a high-performing SaaS sales and success organization.
- Work with cross-functional partners to surface product improvement opportunities and keep customers informed about new features and capabilities.
