Job description

Role overview

Join a design company that is scaling globally and shaping how organizations experience design. This role sits within the GTM organization and supports the business by strengthening operating rhythms, communications, program execution, and large-scale internal events.

Work location and flexibility

The main office is in Sydney, Australia, while the US operations are based in San Francisco, California. The company offers flexibility in how and where work is done, with trust placed in employees to choose the setup that best supports their team and goals.

What this role focuses on

The position is centered on helping the GTM organization run smoothly and effectively as it continues to evolve. The work spans operating cadence, leadership communication, program delivery, and org-wide event support.

Operating cadence ownership

  • Build and manage the rhythm of operations for the GTM organization and the Sales & Success Supergroup, covering leadership meetings, team-wide forums, activations, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Work closely with the Chief of Staff and group leaders to ensure every meeting or forum has a clear objective, the right attendees, and strong outcomes.
  • Maintain accountability for the cadence and refresh rituals whenever they stop being effective.

GTM communications

  • Keep GTM communications consistent and active across channels, including Slack updates, newsletters, and in-person touchpoints.
  • Turn detailed leadership updates into straightforward messages that are useful for audiences ranging from sales representatives to systems administrators.
  • Help raise the standard of internal communication and define what excellent communication looks like for the organization.

Program delivery

  • Partner with the GTM Strategy & Operations team to structure workstreams with clear owners, milestones, and progress tracking; prior GTM program experience is essential.
  • Coordinate a wide cross-functional group to keep initiatives moving, including AI projects and enablement masterclasses.
  • Support the Chief of Staff and CCO on company-wide programs by tracking goals, sharing communication updates, and coordinating multiple supergroups.

Org-wide events

  • Work with the Chief of Staff to plan and deliver key GTM events, including GKO and other major team moments.
  • Own the operational execution of these events from concept and logistics to content planning and post-event follow-through.

Who will thrive in this role

The ideal candidate is an experienced operator who has previously owned operating cadences, led organization-wide communication, and delivered large, high-impact moments with ease. The role calls for strong judgment, leadership presence, and the ability to bring clarity to changing priorities.

Team context

The GTM organization is focused on helping more organizations around the world get value from the platform and on creating positive impact for the customers it serves. The Operations Partnering team is a global group of around 80 people, including Chiefs of Staff, Operations Business Partners, and Admin Business Partners, with most of the team based in Sydney and coaching support in San Francisco.

This role sits within the People specialty, but the business partner is embedded directly in the business area they support day to day. The broader Operations Business Partner community includes more than 25 people globally and is known for its strong learning culture and close-knit collaboration.

Compensation and benefits

The target base salary for this position is USD 166,000 to 190,000. Compensation decisions are made using market data, the candidate’s skills and experience, and internal equity.

Benefits include equity, health coverage, a 401(k) plan with company contribution, inclusive parental leave for all parents and carers, an annual Vibe & Thrive allowance for wellbeing, social connection, office setup and more, and flexible leave options.

Hiring and application notes

Hiring decisions are based on experience, skills, merit, and business needs, in line with applicable local laws. Candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply, even if they do not match every listed requirement. Applicants should share pronouns and any reasonable adjustments needed during the interview process. Interviews are conducted virtually.
