Role overview
This opportunity is for an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to support a fast-growing, internationally operating SaaS company that helps organisations deliver stronger learning experiences. The role is remote and open to candidates based in the UK or Ireland. The package includes a basic salary of £62,754 to £83,149 plus bonus.
A key requirement for consideration is current experience handling a portfolio of 50 or more enterprise customer accounts.
In this position, you will act as a trusted partner to major global customers, helping them realise value from the platform while improving adoption, renewals, retention, and expansion across a portfolio of around 50 strategic accounts.
What you'll do
- Own and manage a portfolio of 50+ high-value enterprise accounts.
- Support customers through onboarding, product adoption, ongoing engagement, and renewal stages.
- Lead complex renewal discussions and work to secure long-term retention.
- Prepare and present business reviews and success plans that clearly show customer value.
- Spot expansion opportunities and work with Sales to grow accounts.
- Create account strategies and proactively reduce customer risk.
- Represent customer feedback internally to help shape product and business decisions.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Support teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
Candidate profile
They are seeking a professional with substantial Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales experience, ideally gained in a SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success managing and developing large enterprise portfolios, be comfortable discussing commercial matters and renewals with senior stakeholders, and bring strong communication, discovery, and relationship-building skills. A customer-focused yet commercially aware mindset is essential, along with hands-on experience using Salesforce.
