About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Channel Manager for the EMEA region to join a rapidly expanding international SaaS company. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth by developing and managing a strategic network of reseller partners across Europe. You will be instrumental in nurturing partner relationships, expanding the sales pipeline, ensuring successful renewals, and collaborating effectively with various internal departments including sales, marketing, legal, compliance, and customer success.
This is a permanent, high-impact position offering significant visibility and growth potential within a dynamic global SaaS environment. The role requires a blend of relationship management, commercial strategy, and operational collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and expand strategic reseller partnerships within the EMEA territory.
- Achieve revenue and renewal targets across the EMEA region.
- Facilitate partner enablement, provide training, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Accurately forecast pipeline performance and identify new avenues for growth.
- Lead high-level discussions and negotiations with partners.
- Represent the company at industry events and partner conferences.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Channel Sales or Partner Management.
- At least 2 years of experience within the SaaS industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK and Ireland markets.
- Fluency in both English and French, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in managing sales pipelines using Salesforce.
- Demonstrated strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and stakeholder management skills.
