The Hospitality team focuses on Airbnb's growth in the hotel industry, aiming to deliver a seamless booking experience while enabling hotels to increase their bookings and enhance guest hospitality. The goal is to help guests find exceptional hotels and add value to hotel partners worldwide.
Your Role and Impact
As an Enterprise Accounts Associate, you will support the Enterprise Account Management team by managing assigned projects and assisting in onboarding and operational tasks for a dynamic portfolio of hotel groups globally. You will contribute to strategic initiatives designed to boost partner success, requiring collaboration with hotel group headquarters, regional stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams. Projects may include onboarding new hotel groups, optimizing supply at the portfolio level, and educating partners on platforms. Your proactive, solution-oriented mindset will be vital to managing multiple opportunities effectively. Balancing client-facing discussions with operational project responsibilities while delivering excellent partner service is essential.
Daily Activities
- Drive project progress through interactions with hotel groups and internal teams.
- Maintain detailed and organized tracking systems related to projects.
- Communicate with stakeholders via calls, emails, and video conferences to fulfill project requirements.
- Manage relationships with assigned hotel group partners.
- Implement strategies to manage and optimize hotel partner portfolios.
- Provide education on the functionality of HotelTonight and Airbnb platforms to partners.
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships.
- Deliver timely, high-quality service responses.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects involving teams such as Hotel Connectivity, Product Management, and Local Market Management.
- Optimize workflows through strategic implementation.
- Serve as the initial contact point for hotel group partners, addressing needs and directing inquiries effectively.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Over five years’ experience in client-facing, cross-regional or global commercial teams.
- At least two years’ experience in the hospitality or travel sectors is preferred.
- Fluency in English and the local language corresponding to the job location.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do approach.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Strong organizational skills in managing projects with numerous components.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with partners to reach immediate and future goals.
- Proficient in stakeholder management, communication, and presentation, capable of engaging various organizational levels via multiple communication channels.
- A cooperative team player mindset committed to contributing to team success.
- Adaptable to shifting priorities, projects, and timelines.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation depends on factors like experience and market conditions. The role features an annual salary between £60,000 and £70,000 GBP in the UK, with eligibility for bonuses, equity, benefits, and employee travel credits.
