About the company

ClickUp is developing an AI-first work platform designed to bring tasks, documents, chat, calendar, and enterprise search into a single environment, enhanced by context-aware AI. Team members are expected to use AI in their day-to-day work, and AI fluency is considered during hiring.

The company is hiring an energetic Enterprise Account Executive to help organizations improve how they operate. The role focuses on creating growth by engaging enterprise customers, understanding their business challenges, and shaping solutions that help teams perform at a higher level.

What you'll do

  • Identify, pursue, and win new business from enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Build entry strategies for new accounts, develop trust with senior decision-makers, and tailor solutions to complex business needs.
  • Consistently meet or surpass pipeline and revenue goals by creating opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and marketing-qualified leads.
  • Expand relationships inside existing enterprise customers by finding additional use cases and promoting upsell and cross-sell opportunities across business units.
  • Deliver persuasive demos and presentations to prospects and customers, clearly showing product value and return on investment.
  • Work closely with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve lead flow, speed up sales cycles, and increase expansion revenue.
  • Review customer segments and market movements to uncover new opportunities and strengthen pipeline quality, with emphasis on both acquisition and account growth.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience handling the full sales cycle for large or complex deals, with the ability to align multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • At least 3 years of experience selling enterprise SaaS, including a strong record of expansion sales such as upsells, cross-sells, and renewals within existing accounts.
  • Demonstrated success managing an annual quota of $1M or more.
  • Proven ability to run an expansion-focused sales approach and grow revenue within a defined customer base.
  • A highly structured working style with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience preparing and managing RFIs or RFQs.
  • Desirable: background selling productivity or project management software, especially in a fast-moving SaaS setting.
  • Desirable: success in high-velocity, transactional sales environments with the ability to balance quick wins and long-term relationships.
  • Desirable: familiarity with a land-and-expand model and the ability to identify initial entry points and then broaden adoption quickly.
  • Desirable: experience influencing multiple stakeholders in large organizations to accelerate post-sale expansion.
  • Desirable: exposure to onboarding, support, or customer success processes to ensure smooth handoffs and strong early customer value.
  • Desirable: enthusiasm for ClickUp’s mission and a collaborative approach to internal teamwork.
