Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive for the DACH region (Munich or Berlin) proficient in German and English to lead and close complex large-scale deals. This role requires managing strategic accounts, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across legal, finance, IT, and procurement departments, and partnering with internal teams such as Legal Engineers and Product leadership. You will own deal strategies and drive successful outcomes in extended sales cycles of 6 to 12+ months.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies for closing multi-stakeholder deals
- Engage and align diverse teams including Legal, Finance, Security, IT, and Procurement
- Cultivate strong internal champions within clients and facilitate consensus
- Handle lengthy sales processes ensuring consistent momentum and clear structure
- Collaborate closely with Go-to-Market Legal Engineers to design effective solutions
- Maintain precise forecasting and comprehensive visibility of ongoing deals
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in closing complex enterprise SaaS agreements
- Fluency in German and English languages
- Successful history of securing and growing high-value client accounts
- Exceptional skills in managing multiple internal stakeholders
- Ability to build internal advocates and skillfully navigate organizational politics
- Strong strategic and structured approach to managing deals
- High degree of ownership and accountability for driving results
Work Environment and Culture
This role is office-based, as we believe close collaboration drives better, faster results. Visits to client sites are expected as part of your regular work.
