Their advanced platform, powered by custom AI models and a fast, globally distributed GPU-based infrastructure, enables lifelike real-time conversations. Ojin has partnered with notable companies such as BMW, H&M, and Clinique and is currently building a new platform to transform AI user experience.
Role Overview
We seek a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead sales of our Human+ AI platform, designed specifically for corporate training, coaching, and educational environments. The focus is primarily on corporate Learning & Development (L&D), coaching, and training professionals at large enterprises, with an additional emphasis on academic sectors including K-12 schools and higher education institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for Human+ within corporate L&D, coaching, and training departments, encompassing prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, closing deals, and overseeing renewals and expansions.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline predominantly targeting L&D, HR, and training units at enterprises, while nurturing secondary leads in academic organizations as this domain evolves.
- Coordinate complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders such as L&D heads, HR, IT, and procurement teams.
- Lead high-level conversations with executives including VP-level L&D and HR leaders, CFOs, and C-suite personnel, effectively tailoring discussions to address specific buyer priorities such as skill enhancement outcomes, training compliance, cost efficiencies, and financial impact.
- Maintain meticulous records of forecasting and pipeline status in CRM systems and provide regular updates on pipeline health, deal risks, and achievement of sales targets.
- Collaborate across marketing and product teams to relay market intelligence and contribute to the refinement of product positioning, messaging, and packaging.
Candidate Profile
- Seven or more years of experience in full-cycle sales of B2B SaaS products, with a solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven expertise selling to L&D, HR technology, coaching, or enterprise training markets, ideally possessing established networks and relationships with L&D leaders, HR executives, and C-level stakeholders.
- Confidence and competence in engaging senior leaders and managing diverse internal stakeholders within a client account, including IT and procurement decision-makers.
- A comprehensive grasp of AI technologies and direct sales experience with AI-enabled products in HR tech, corporate training, L&D, or related sectors.
- Experience navigating extended sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers in large enterprises.
- Demonstrated ability to manage all facets of the customer relationship—from acquiring new clients to renewals and expansions over multi-year engagements.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of adapting messages effectively for varied audiences including corporate, educational, and technical stakeholders.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to independently build and manage a sales territory and pipeline.
- Willingness to undertake travel for face-to-face meetings, product demos, and industry gatherings as necessary.
Additional Qualifications
- Existing contacts within corporate L&D, HR departments, or Chief Learning Officers at substantial enterprises are a plus.
- Relationships with educational technology leaders, university procurement teams, or K-12 district administrators are advantageous.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance issues relevant to corporate training and education, such as GDPR and FERPA, is desirable.
Important Notes
Candidates must already reside within Central European Time zone ±2 hours and legally work in their location; visa sponsorship or relocation assistance will not be provided.
