Role overview
This is a senior enterprise sales opportunity with a fast-scaling deep-tech business working at the intersection of quantum computing and artificial intelligence. The company is building advanced software that helps large global organizations tackle high-value challenges across finance, energy, and manufacturing.
The position is based in Qatar and is intended for an accomplished individual contributor who is comfortable in a highly consultative environment. The focus is not on an already mature market; instead, you will help shape demand, define compelling value propositions, and engage senior decision-makers who may not yet have allocated budget to this type of innovation.
The successful person will own the Qatar market end to end, with a mix of strategic planning, enterprise selling, ecosystem development, and internal coordination across technical and commercial teams.
Core responsibilities
- Build and run a country-level go-to-market plan for Qatar, focused on the region’s largest and most sophisticated enterprises.
- Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, including discovery, solution shaping, negotiation, and closing.
- Pursue complex opportunities with total contract values typically in the €500K–€1M+ range, with the ability to progress toward €10M+ multi-year strategic deals.
- Lead consultative conversations centered on business outcomes rather than product features.
- Work closely with technical and research teams to develop tailored AI use cases, transformation roadmaps, and solution designs.
- Represent the business at senior levels across the enterprise ecosystem and build relationships with system integrators, Big 4 advisory firms, and sector-focused alliance partners.
- Act as the commercial lead within cross-functional deal teams, keeping product, engineering, solutions, legal, and finance aligned throughout the sales process.
Experience and qualifications
- You should bring at least 2 years of direct revenue responsibility gained in an AI scale-up or other fast-growing deep-tech company.
- Your overall professional experience should fall roughly within the 5 to 10 year range.
- You need to have experience creating an AI market from the ground up.
- You must have personally closed, or played the leading role in closing, new enterprise accounts with individual deal sizes of €500K or more.
- Native-level Arabic is essential, along with strong fluency in English.
- Valid legal permission to work in Qatar is required.
Preferred background
- Experience selling highly tailored technology, infrastructure, or AI solutions.
- An existing executive-level network across large Qatari organizations in finance, energy, manufacturing, telecom, or industrial sectors.
- A background in management consulting, systems integration, or complex solution selling.
