Role Overview
An expanding European AI company is looking for a senior Enterprise Account Executive to take charge of the Qatar market. The position is an individual contributor role centered on selling enterprise AI offerings to large organisations and senior decision-makers across the region.
What You Will Do
- Drive enterprise-level AI sales across complex, large-scale accounts.
- Build and win new business opportunities, especially with new-logo customers.
- Manage sales pipelines, maintain forecasts, and deliver against quota targets.
- Engage and influence C-suite stakeholders such as CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and CFOs.
- Work closely with technical teams to design solutions that fit enterprise needs.
- Use a consultative sales style to connect technical capability with commercial outcomes.
What They Are Looking For
- Background in enterprise sales within AI, deep-tech, or fast-growing technology environments.
- Demonstrated success closing enterprise deals valued at €500K or more.
- Strong ability to win new customers through lengthy and complex sales cycles.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Proven experience managing pipeline activity, forecasting, and quota attainment.
- Ability to collaborate with technical experts to shape solution offerings.
Preferred Background
- Exposure to AI, data, cloud, or other emerging deep-tech domains.
- A network within Qatar or the wider Middle East enterprise market.
- Experience working with consultancies, system integrators, or strategic partners.
- Previous time spent in a high-growth scale-up environment.
