Role Overview
The Enterprise Account Director will oversee a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers. This position is focused on building senior-level relationships, improving retention, creating growth opportunities, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders across global service delivery. The role requires strategic thinking, commercial judgment, and the ability to manage complex global travel programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive relationships across a portfolio of enterprise clients to support satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion.
- Represent the customer internally and coordinate with operations, program optimization, sourcing, finance, technology, and leadership teams.
- Create account strategies, roadmaps, and commercial plans aligned with each client’s global travel needs.
- Identify growth opportunities through upsell, expansion, and whitespace discovery in coordination with sales and partner leadership.
- Work with regional and in-country partner agencies to deliver a consistent service experience across markets.
- Support the rollout of new countries and regions while maintaining adoption of global standards.
- Ensure online and offline servicing models are aligned through strong cross-functional execution.
- Maintain global operational alignment so local delivery fits into the wider enterprise framework.
- Address regional differences in regulation, culture, content, servicing, and supplier setup while protecting global consistency.
- Monitor how booking channels, traveler behavior, supplier content, and service workflows affect enterprise data quality.
- Anticipate and respond to content disruption such as NDC, GDS fragmentation, and supplier-direct strategies.
- Advise clients on industry change, emerging technology, and innovation in global travel programs.
- Lead executive reviews on performance, cost control, sustainability, traveler experience, and innovation.
- Track and improve SLAs, KPIs, and commercial commitments.
- Handle executive reporting, quarterly and monthly business reviews, and forecasting.
- Help develop account management playbooks and support peer mentoring.

This role is designed for someone who has managed large, high-value enterprise accounts in complex or global environments and has experience scaling programs across multiple countries. The right person will combine strong commercial thinking with deep knowledge of corporate travel operations, sourcing, servicing models, and technology. Pay and Benefits
The role may qualify for incentive pay, commission, a bonus, or a discretionary bonus depending on company financial results and individual performance.
