Role Overview

This part-time remote opportunity is for an English Voice Coach supporting AI voice performance work. The role focuses on reviewing and improving synthetic voice outputs so they sound accurate, natural, and expressive.

Compensation and Schedule

The pay range for this position is $30 to $65 per hour. The expected time commitment is 10 to 40 hours each week, and the work can be done remotely.

What You Will Do

Evaluate and guide AI-generated voice performances to make sure they are correct, natural, and engaging.
Share expert input on accents and regional speech patterns for AI voice models.
Work alongside AI engineers and product designers to improve voice synthesis systems and the data used for training.
Create and record standards for pronunciation, tone changes, and emotional expression.
Support AI coaching by offering immediate feedback and focused suggestions for improvement.
Provide detailed written and spoken reviews of voice output quality and project progress.

Experience and Skill Requirements

You should have established professional experience as a voice coach, especially in voice acting, accents, and regional dialects.
You need a solid background in directing voice work for audio, media, or similar projects.
Strong written and spoken communication skills are essential, along with careful attention to detail.
You must understand phonetics, speech patterns, and language-related subtleties well.
You should be able to give clear, practical feedback in fast-moving, high-pressure pilot work.
