Job description
Role Overview
This position is for an experienced English-to-Arabic translator who can support the training of AI models. The work involves assessing chatbot responses, checking how well they reason, and helping improve model quality by identifying issues and creating better examples.
The role calls for strong linguistic expertise. You will interact with chatbots in both Arabic and English to assess their progress and also create original conversations that teach the systems how to respond more effectively.

Responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the outputs they generate.
- Assess AI model responses for accuracy and overall performance.
Qualifications
- Strong fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Careful and detail-focused approach to work.
- Excellent grasp of grammar, writing style, and brand voice.
- A Bachelor's degree that is currently being pursued, already completed, or in progress is preferred, though not mandatory.
