About the Role

Saud International School in Riyadh is seeking dedicated applicants for the role of English Teacher. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about teaching English and confident in engaging students to enhance their reading, writing, speaking, and listening abilities. The teacher will foster a supportive classroom atmosphere, develop well-structured lessons, evaluate student progress consistently, and collaborate with the academic team to uphold the school's educational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver stimulating English lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and academic standards.
• Assist students in developing language skills including grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Create lesson plans, worksheets, activities, assessments, and other teaching materials tailored to meet diverse student requirements.
• Maintain orderly classroom management and promote respectful behavior among students.
• Regularly assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
• Keep accurate records of grades, attendance, assignments, and student progress.
• Utilize the school’s Learning Management System and other academic tools as necessary.
• Maintain professional communication with students, parents, coordinators, and school leadership as required.
• Engage actively in school events, academic meetings, and staff development programs.
• Contribute positively to the school's educational environment and uphold its core values.

Candidate Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a closely related area.
• Possession of a teaching certification or relevant professional qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum of two years teaching experience is preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Experience working in an international school setting is beneficial.
• Capability to manage classrooms effectively and support learners of varying skill levels.
• Professional demeanor, strong communication abilities, and a passion for fostering student growth.
