Founded in 1965 under The Anjuman Ahl-e-Hadith Trust in Darbhanga, Salfia School began as Salfia Junior School, providing education up to the 7th grade. It expanded to the 10th grade in 1997 and later, in 2011, earned affiliation from the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), enhancing its academic framework. As a pioneer institution in Darbhanga, it blends modern education with strong moral values, fostering a balanced and supportive learning environment.

Role Overview

The position involves preparing and delivering engaging English lessons consistent with the CBSE curriculum for designated grades. Responsibilities include lesson planning, teaching grammar, literature, and language skills, evaluating student progress, and offering constructive feedback. Additionally, maintaining orderly classes, nurturing students' comprehensive development, and working collaboratively with peers and administration to improve education quality are essential duties. Participation in meetings, exams, and school functions as part of the faculty is also expected. This is a full-time, on-campus position.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficient experience in English instruction and classroom management.
• Skilled in designing structured, curriculum-aligned lesson plans.
• Strong communication capabilities for clear teaching and engaging with students, parents, and staff.
• A bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related fields; teaching certifications preferred.
• Previous experience teaching English at school level, preferably with CBSE curriculum knowledge.
