English Language Specialist (Remote Contract)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced English Language Specialist for a remote contract role offering $20-$30 per hour. The contract commitment ranges from 10 to 40 hours weekly, focusing on transcription and refinement of English audio files to meet high standards of accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe English audio recordings to produce high-quality transcripts.
• Review and enhance machine-generated transcriptions by correcting spelling, grammatical, and contextual errors.
• Apply appropriate metadata tags and annotations to each transcript to improve data integrity.
• Adhere strictly to client standards regarding transcription quality and formatting guidelines.
• Engage with the client team for clarification and to resolve ambiguities in the source materials.
• Maintain systematic records of completed assignments and actively contribute suggestions to improve workflow processes.

Qualifications and Requirements
