English Instructor – Cairo and Giza Area

About the Role

Harvest British College is seeking a motivated English instructor specializing in English as a Second Language (ESL) for their Cairo and Giza locations. The role involves enhancing academic standards, supporting instructor training, and promoting instructional excellence across various branches.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide fellow instructors to raise teaching quality.
• Oversee and ensure adherence to program methodologies and assessment standards.
• Develop, review, and refine English language curricula in line with CEFR benchmarks.
• Provide support for academic staff to implement best practices in language teaching and classroom management.
• Maintain a consistent standard of educational quality across different branches.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching English to non-native speakers.
• Certification in TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or TOT required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ESL teaching methodologies and curriculum design.
• Experience with assessment strategies and CEFR frameworks.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with educational teams.

Preferred Skills

• Mentoring and training other educators.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.

Location and Compensation

• Work in-person at Cairo and Giza branches.
• Full-time position; salary is negotiable.
