Role Summary
We are expanding our team and seeking English Coaches to support learners, including notable individuals such as celebrities and sports players. As an English Coach, you function as a personal trainer for English learning, guiding learners through efficient methods, providing customized curriculum, and delivering regular online counseling and follow-up support.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze learners’ English skills through counseling sessions to identify challenges.
- Create tailored curricula matched to each learner's needs.
- Conduct weekly online counseling sessions.
- Offer daily online assistance aligned with learners' study schedules.
Work Environment and Culture
- Enjoy a flat organizational structure where contributions are valued regardless of age or position.

- Work in a fully virtual office environment with colleagues located worldwide including Australia, Japan, Philippines, and Brazil.
- Post-Australia residency, remote work continuity or onsite options in Japan (Tokyo, Fukuoka, Osaka) are available.
Working Hours
- Aligned with Japan Standard Time.
- Weekdays: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
- Weekends: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Fixed 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, including at least one weekend day.
Compensation
Monthly salary ranges from 280,000 to 400,000 JPY, determined based on skills and experience.
Applicant Requirements
- Possess a personal computer with reliable internet access and a private space for work.
- Proficiency in English at an advanced level, minimum TOEIC 800 or IELTS 5.5 equivalents.
- Commit to a minimum employment period of six months, with opportunities for long-term engagement post-returning from Australia.
