Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and service-driven English Call Center Agent focused on customer experience to join the team in Riyadh. In this role, you will help create a smooth, positive journey for clients by understanding their needs, handling issues efficiently, and supporting improvements across the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, takes a proactive approach to solving problems, and is committed to delivering excellent service.
Core Responsibilities
- Map the customer journey and identify friction points and opportunities to improve the overall experience.
- Act as the main contact for clients, making sure their needs are understood and handled promptly.
- Resolve escalations related to BPO or call center operations with speed and care.
- Stay in regular contact with clients to collect feedback and align solutions with their changing goals and needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to turn customer insights into product and service improvements.
- Provide professional, empathetic support for all customer questions and concerns.
- Ensure a consistently positive experience from first contact through resolution and follow-up.
- Track key service measures such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction, and look for ways to improve them.
Skills and Qualifications
You should be fluent in English, both spoken and written, and bring strong communication skills. A bachelor’s degree with an English background is considered an advantage. The role calls for 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or customer experience, along with familiarity with CRM systems and customer service platforms. You should be able to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical customers, handle difficult situations with professionalism, think critically to solve complex issues, and stay organized while managing multiple priorities. A collaborative mindset and a strong focus on customer satisfaction are also important.
