Role overview

This position is centered on shaping a smooth, positive customer journey across several communication channels. The role requires someone who can understand customer needs, respond to questions, fix issues efficiently, and help keep the service experience consistent and satisfying for every customer.

You will work closely with internal teams and help maintain service quality across customer touchpoints. A successful candidate will be customer-oriented, proactive, and comfortable adjusting to changing operational needs and support channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions, requests, and feedback through channels such as phone, email, chat, social media, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Resolve complaints and service concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of customer conversations and complete follow-ups when required.
  • Work with internal departments to improve processes and strengthen customer experience outcomes.
  • Spot repeated customer issues and recommend ways to improve service delivery.
  • Assist with customer retention efforts and initiatives aimed at improving satisfaction.
  • Follow company policies, service benchmarks, and quality standards at all times.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of customer satisfaction and service performance.

Requirements

  • Any educational background is acceptable, or relevant hands-on experience in customer service, customer experience, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal ability.
  • A practical, solution-oriented approach with careful attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay effective under pressure while handling several tasks at once.
  • Comfort using MS Office and customer service software or CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Arabic and English language ability is required.
