This role offers the chance to join a global team supporting SaaS, software, and hardware products while working from home in a multicultural and multilingual setting.

Role overview

As a Customer Support Consultant, you will help customers through multiple communication channels, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to a service culture focused on quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to customers through phone calls, live chat, and email.
  • Respond to customer questions, troubleshoot concerns, and keep customers informed with timely updates.
  • Pass more complex cases to the relevant internal team when needed.
  • Support basic user acceptance testing activities when required.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Stay current with new tools, systems, and technologies.
  • Protect sensitive customer information and handle it securely.
  • Use modern customer satisfaction practices to improve service quality.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of client products and work toward KPIs.
  • Coordinate with developers and other cross-functional specialists.

Required profile

  • Strong English communication skills at C1 level for both speaking and writing.
  • At least 6 months of prior experience in customer support.
  • A customer-oriented mindset and a genuine willingness to assist others.
  • Ability to juggle several conversations and priorities while staying detail-focused.
  • Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Comfort working independently and managing personal workload.
  • Flexibility and confidence in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfort with technology and the ability to test and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Positive, proactive, and accountable approach to work.
  • Own computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a reliable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.

  • Experience using CRM systems.
