Role overview

This opportunity is for a Customer Support Consultant who will work from home in a multicultural, multilingual environment. The position is designed for someone who enjoys solving customer problems, learning new tools, and growing through a people-first management style.

What you will do

  • Provide high-quality assistance to customers by phone, chat, and email.
  • Respond to questions, resolve issues, and keep customers informed with timely updates.
  • Pass complex cases to the right internal team when needed.
  • Support basic user acceptance testing tasks whenever required.
  • Develop strong long-term relationships with customers.
  • Stay current with changing tools and technologies.
  • Protect sensitive customer information and handle it carefully.
  • Use modern customer happiness practices in daily work.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the client’s product or service and work toward KPI targets.
  • Collaborate with developers and other cross-functional specialists.

What you need to succeed

  • Strong English communication skills at C1 level for both speaking and writing.
  • At least 6 months of customer support experience.
  • A customer-first mindset and a genuine willingness to help.
  • The ability to juggle several conversations and priorities without losing accuracy.
  • Solid problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Comfort working independently and managing your own tasks.
  • Flexibility and confidence in a fast-moving environment.
  • Technical comfort with testing and resolving basic issues.
  • A positive, proactive, and accountable approach.
  • A personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.

Nice to have

Experience using CRM platforms will be considered an advantage.
