About the Opportunity
Richard Crookes Constructions is expanding and seeking engineers at various levels to join Sydney-based project teams working on building construction. Available positions include Site Engineer, Project Engineer, and Senior Project Engineer. These roles focus on on-site involvement in delivering complex building projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end delivery of building construction projects from initial phases to completion.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure coordinated site activities.
- Contribute to program management, quality assurance, and cost control processes.
- Manage requests for information (RFIs), variations, progress claims, and site reporting.
- Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and the wider delivery teams.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated building construction experience, essential for success.
- Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline.
- Prior roles in Site Engineer, Project Engineer, or Senior Project Engineer capacities.
- Comfort and confidence working on active construction sites in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
- Excellent communication and skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Willingness to relocate to Sydney for long-term assignments.
- Applicants with civil engineering experience limited to roads, rail, or utilities projects will not be considered unless they have proven building construction exposure.
