Job description
Role Overview
An established luxury classic car workshop in Dubai is looking for enthusiastic engineering graduates to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for recent diploma or bachelor’s degree holders in Mechanical Engineering who want to start a career in the automotive field and gain practical exposure to restoration, repair, and upkeep of premium classic and luxury vehicles.
The selected candidate will train on the job under experienced technicians and engineers while contributing to day-to-day workshop activities.
What You’ll Do
- Support senior technicians and engineers during vehicle inspection, troubleshooting, repair work, and restoration tasks.
- Help with the maintenance and refurbishment of classic and luxury automobiles.
- Develop the ability to spot mechanical issues and suggest suitable repair approaches.
- Assist with disassembly, reassembly, and servicing of vehicle parts and systems.
- Work according to workshop processes, safety rules, and quality expectations.
- Keep tools, equipment, and the work area organized and well maintained.
- Prepare simple service notes and reports whenever needed.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to complete assigned jobs efficiently.
- Continue building technical capability through practical, hands-on learning.
What We’re Looking For
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Fundamental knowledge of mechanical systems and core engineering concepts.
- Genuine interest in automotive engineering, classic vehicles, or restoration work.
- Readiness to learn and grow technical skills through real workshop experience.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Capability to work alone as well as within a team.
- Good discipline, attention to detail, and a proactive learning attitude.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- Must be available in the UAE for an interview.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly all-inclusive salary of AED 3,500 to AED 4,000.
