Role Overview
This position is for an Employment Consultant based at the Greenway, ACT site within the Workforce Australia Program. The role is focused on helping people prepare for work, secure suitable employment, and stay in sustainable jobs that can improve their lives.

Key Duties
You will work with participants in the Workforce Australia program to support them in preparing for, finding, and keeping meaningful employment. The role involves helping people recognise their strengths, build confidence, and move into work with a greater sense of purpose.
You will also be expected to develop practical solutions to employment barriers, advocate for inclusive hiring and workplace adjustments, and celebrate successful placements and achievements along the way.
Another important part of the job is building strong relationships with employers and organisations that value diversity and inclusion, so participants have more opportunities to succeed.

Application Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in Australia.
- Need a current driver’s licence and a vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- Must have a MyGovID at Standard level.
- Must be willing to undergo a National Police Check.
- Must be able to pass a Working with Children Check.
- Must be available full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
