Our Tauranga office seeks an Employment Consultant who is passionate about assisting clients to thrive and gain vocational independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify job vacancies by engaging with employers through face-to-face visits and online channels
• Assist clients in preparing for job interviews
• Support clients with job application processes
• Work collaboratively with clients to address and overcome employment barriers
• Provide ongoing support to clients after job placement
