Role overview
This opportunity is for an Employment Consultant at the Kurri Kurri, NSW site within the Inclusive Employment Australia Program. The role is focused on helping people with disability secure meaningful work, maintain employment, and build a stronger future.

What the role involves
- Support participants with disability to get ready for work, find suitable jobs, and stay in sustainable employment.
- Build confidence by helping participants recognise their strengths and overcome barriers.
- Use creative problem-solving to remove employment obstacles and support successful outcomes.
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and advocate for workplace adjustments where needed.
- Celebrate achievements and milestones with participants, both small and large.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers who value diversity and inclusion.
About you

Experience from sales, retail, call centres, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration may transfer well into this position.
Working conditions
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Kurri Kurri, NSW. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Requirements
Applicants must be able to meet the following conditions:
- Eligible to work in Australia.
- Hold a current driver’s licence.
- Have access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Have a MyGovID at Standard level.
- Be willing to complete a National Police Check.
- Be able to pass a Working with Children Check.
- Be available for full-time work from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
