  • Enforce privileged access management (PAM) policies across vital infrastructure and systems.
  • Perform frequent security profile audits and access reviews to identify abnormalities and drive corrective measures promptly.
  • Serve as the technical liaison to system and application owners for resolving identity and access challenges.
  • Establish and promote security baseline standards and best practices throughout all identity domains.
  • Lead strategic IAM process enhancements by leveraging automation and technology to reduce risks and increase efficiency.
  • Manage IAM tool capacity, including license tracking and usage optimization.
  • Generate detailed compliance and governance reports relating to identity standards and access controls.
  • Support adherence to legal and regulatory mandates through technically sound IAM controls and documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technology and business units to align IAM initiatives with organizational security goals.

Experience and Knowledge

  • Over 7 years of practical experience in complex IAM environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of privileged access management (PAM) tools and controls.
  • Expertise in RBAC, access governance frameworks, and authorization matrix development.
  • Proven track record in managing segregation of duties within enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with Change Management and ITIL methodologies in large-scale IT settings.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks relevant to IAM.
  • Experience managing vendors and licenses for IAM technologies.
