Job description
Overview
An organization in Doha, Qatar is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to strengthen employee engagement, support wellbeing, and improve the overall day-to-day workplace journey. This is a full-time onsite position with a focus on building a positive employee environment.
What You’ll Do
- Help drive initiatives that boost engagement and improve the employee experience.
- Plan and roll out programs aimed at increasing workplace satisfaction.
- Collect employee feedback through surveys and turn insights into action plans.
- Support internal communication efforts and engagement-related activities.
- Assist with onboarding and other stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with HR teams to improve how employees experience the organization.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Applicants should have 5 to 10 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or employee experience roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are important.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders are needed.
- A creative, people-centered approach is expected.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
