Employee Engagement Intern - People Team (Fall 2026)

About the Role

This position within the Employee Engagement team is crucial for cultivating a vibrant workplace culture and improving employee satisfaction and wellness. The intern will assist in the full cycle of employee engagement programmes, ensuring activities are effectively implemented and aligned with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and enhancing ongoing employee engagement programmes.
• Compose internal communications such as announcements to highlight engagement activities.
• Coordinate the sourcing and acquisition of event supplies and branded merchandise.
• Support the organization of team events and undertake additional duties as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree programme in Marketing, Communication, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, adaptable, and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent creativity, analytical problem-solving ability, sound judgment, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Preference given to candidates able to commit to a full-time internship lasting between 3 and 6 months.
