Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist skilled in US HR Operations and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to manage the full employee lifecycle for US-based employees. The position focuses on ensuring accurate data management, compliance adherence, and smooth HR service delivery. This role operates on a US shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM and is located in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, or Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, ID creation, and termination for US full-time employees.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding for subcontractor personnel.
  • Coordinate international employee transfers and deputation exits in line with global mobility protocols.
  • Administer severance payment procedures and support all separation-related activities.
  • Manage leave of absence and return-to-work cases, ensuring thorough tracking and documentation.
  • Maintain employee data integrity across HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors Employee Central, and internal platforms.
  • Use PISA ticketing tool to handle cases, respond to queries, and track service level agreements.
  • Safeguard confidentiality and compliance in managing employee personal data across international records.
  • Prepare and distribute merit letters as part of compensation review processes.
  • Provide payroll inputs accurately to facilitate timely payroll runs.
  • Conduct payroll reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with various teams to support HR initiatives, process enhancements, and policy enforcement.

Required Qualities

  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is mandatory.
  • Comprehensive understanding of US HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experienced with HR information systems and ticketing tools for case management.
  • Knowledgeable about payroll inputs, reconciliation, and compensation management processes.
  • Capable of managing leave and return-to-work procedures with adherence to global compliance.
  • Meticulous in data accuracy, confidentiality, and detail orientation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Preferred Background

  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in HR operations or shared services supporting US employee populations.
  • Experience in global HR service delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with HR ticketing and service management systems is advantageous.
