This position involves designing, deploying, and managing secure remote access using the Cato SASE Cloud platform, focusing on replacing traditional VPNs with Zero Trust architectures to assure secure and efficient connectivity for users and applications within a 24/7 shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage Cato ZTNA solutions, including deploying client-based and clientless access, and updating legacy VPNs to zero trust models.

  • Integrate and manage identity providers such as Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, and ADFS; enforce multi-factor authentication and least privilege access controls.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to user access, tunnel connectivity, and application access with packet analysis and provide level 2 and 3 support.
  • Configure and maintain IPsec tunnels, physical/virtual Cato Socket deployments, support remote user clients (Windows, macOS, mobile), and optimize application performance with WAN technologies.
  • Monitor network traffic, security events, and user activities through Cato dashboards; prepare reports to meet compliance and management requirements.
  • Create and update documentation including network diagrams, standard operating procedures, and configuration records, as well as facilitate audits and compliance processes.

Required Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with the Cato Networks SASE platform and Zero Trust Network Access principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of SD-WAN technology and networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, and OSPF routing protocols.
  • Experience with firewall platforms including Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, and VPN technologies like IPsec and SSL VPN.
  • Familiarity with cloud service environments such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture, Identity and Access Management, Secure Web Gateways, and CASB/DLP methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Cato Management Application, packet capture tools (Wireshark), and familiarity with SIEM solutions like Splunk or Microsoft Sentinel is preferred. Knowledge of endpoint security integrations is also advantageous.

Additional Information

  • Work location options include Bangalore or Mumbai with a demanding 24/7 shift schedule.
  • Applicants must be graduates in any discipline.
