About the Role

You will be instrumental in receiving, processing, and coordinating emergency calls and service inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and handle incoming emergency calls promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate deployment of emergency teams and technical services.
- Document incidents and actions taken meticulously.
- Communicate with customers, authorities, and response units as required.
- Monitor alarm and security systems continuously.
Compensation
The role offers a pay rate between 18 and 25 euros per hour, depending on qualifications and area of deployment.
