Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming emergency calls promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate deployment of emergency personnel and technical services.
• Document incidents and response measures thoroughly.
• Communicate effectively with customers, authorities, and emergency teams.
• Monitor alarm and security systems vigilantly.

Compensation

The pay ranges between 18 and 25 euros per hour, depending on qualifications and specific assignments.
