Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming emergency calls promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate deployment of emergency personnel and technical services.
- Document incidents and the corresponding actions taken.
- Communicate effectively with customers, authorities, and emergency responders.
- Monitor alarm and security systems to ensure safety compliance.
Compensation
The remuneration ranges from 18 to 25 euros per hour depending on qualifications and assigned area of responsibility.
